Caribu Club Rewards (Club Rewards) is our way of thanking you for being a regular Caribu customer. It’s FREE to join and members receive; up to 5% cash back on all purchases* (Caribu Cash), priority pick and pack on orders, and exclusive rewards, offers, and sales events.

How do I Join?

Caribu Club Rewards is FREE and easy to join. Head over to our signup page, enter your details, and join. For further information, please click HERE

How do I earn Caribu Cash?

Every time you purchase any product* from our website when logged in to your account, you will receive Caribu Cash credited to your online account to the value of 5% of the total value of the goods purchased.

When will I receive my Caribu Cash?

Within 24 hours of each purchase made, your online member account will be credited with your Caribu Cash. 

Does Caribu Cash expire?

Caribu Cash will expire 18 months in which it was earned. If a Member does not purchase for 18 months, any accrued Caribu Cash will be divested and the balance will revert to zero.

You will be reminded that Caribu Cash is expiring via email.

Do I earn Caribu Cash when a product is on sale?

Yes, and you can even redeem your Caribu Cash when products are on promotion making them even better value!

Can Caribu Cash be rolled over and built up across purchases?

Yes, Carib Cash can be rolled over and you can choose to spend as much or as little on each purchase.

Are there any products that don’t earn Caribu Cash?

Caribu Cash cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards.

How do I redeem my Caribu Cash?

Caribu Cash accumulates in your account and can be redeemed during check-out. Before finalising your order you will be prompted to redeem your Caribu Cash. 

What happens to my Caribu Cash if I return an item?

Caribu Cash earned on goods subsequently returned or refunded will be cancelled.

How do I know how much Caribu Cash I have?

You can check your balance at any time by logging into your account and checking your Caribu Cash balance.

Once logged in select 'My Account' and select 'Caribu Cash' on your account page to see your earnings, redemption history, and balances.

I forgot to log in before completing my order. Will I still earn Caribu Cash?

To earn Caribu Cash, you must be logged into your account for Caribu Cash to be credited to your account.  

I accidentally unsubscribed from email notifications. How do I resubscribe?

If you wish to resubscribe, in accordance with our privacy policy and Member Terms and Conditions, Members need to contact our friendly Customer Experience Team to have email notifications reinstated.

I don’t want to receive sales and event notifications; how do I stop this?

When becoming a Caribu Club Rewards Member, you have consented to receive marketing information, offers, and special discounts from Caribu.

A Member may choose to opt-out at any time by either unsubscribing from their notification using the tools provided in the sent communication or by contacting our friendly Customer Experience Team.

Please note it generally takes 4-5 days for the whole process to be completed.

Unsubscribing from sales and events notifications does not affect your Caribu Club Rewards membership.
