Why am I not receiving order or account-related emails from Caribu?
Some email providers will security screen incoming emails. This means that some emails can be blocked by the servers and will never reach an inbox or junk folder.
What can I do to fix this?
You may have to whitelist our domain @caribu.com.au with your email provider to add our domain to a safe sender list. This will ensure that emails will come through to either your inbox or junk folder.
