To sign up online, you must have an Australian phone number and email address. 

On the home page, click the person in the top right-hand corner

Select "sign up"

Fill in your personal details. 
Agree to the terms and conditions 
Select "continue"

Please create a password using the requirements below, then select "continue"

Once you’ve registered, we will send an activation link to your provided email address. 
Follow the prompts in that email to finalise your setup.

To keep your data safe, our system uses adaptive authentication. 
This means that, depending on the security context (such as logging in from a new device or location), you may be asked to verify your identity using:

• Email confirmation
• SMS/Text codes
• Biometrics (e.g., FaceID or Fingerprint)
