Damaged or Faulty Item

Faulty – Waterproofing
If you believe your rug is not waterproof, or that the waterproofing is faulty, please reach out to our friendly Customer Experience Team, who will be able to email you directions for a waterproofing test to be conducted, and discussions on a refund or replacement can be held if it is deemed faulty.
If the rug is faulty, all shipping and handling fees to return the rug will be handled by Caribu, including any replacement rugs required. If no replacement is required a full refund will be provided as soon as possible.
If the rug is deemed not faulty, but you would still like to return it, all shipping fees will be handled by yourself.
