Cost of delivery

Orders over $100 - Free Shipping (Major Metropolitan Regions only - should your delivery location fall outside of a Major Metropolitan Region, then your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout). 

Orders under $100 - The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location/ weight of the item. 

Standard shipping is via Australia Post from our Caribu VIC dispatch location.

Premium Saddle Shipping $25 -  We take great care in ensuring your saddle arrives safely and in pristine condition. Due to their size and weight, shipping saddles requires special handling. Whilst we always strive to deliver your saddle as quickly as possible, with our Premium Saddle Shipping we cannot guarantee it gets to you any faster, as we prioritise its safe delivery to ensure it arrives in its original condition.

We aim to have orders packed within 1-2 business days and orders are expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations and orders to Western Australia may take up to 7^ business days.
